Chickenshed Theatre, London's innovative and inclusive young people's theatre company, have uploaded their 2005 production of 'Alice's Adventures In Wonderland' to their YouTube channel this Christmas.
The production utilises Chickenshed's all-inclusive and unique style of performance; song, dance, physical theatre, large casts, upbeat music, and in this particular production the cast also use BSL within and throughout.
This adaptation is also one of the closest to the original Lewis Carroll novel in terms of storyline including certain things most adaptations seem to omit.
The youthful cast sing, dance and act their way through this 114 minute extravaganza with skill and obvious enjoyment. Upbeat and adept direction combined with colourful sets, costumes and creative lighting all help in making this a highly competent and wonderful online family Christmas experience.
