Hey everyone! |
We are not quite back yet, but we have been busy finding new ways to ignite creativity and hope from afar, and keep our local community connected. |
We hope you are all keeping safe and well in these strange and uncertain times. Whilst writing this email, like many of you, we are staying home to protect the NHS and save lives.
This is a difficult time in so many ways, and we believe it is more important than ever to keep in touch with our wonderful audiences, and update you about the many ways your local theatre is igniting creativity from afar, and how you can get involved.
We are missing our audiences and our theatre so much, so we wanted to share some promises we are making to all of you until we can be together again.
We look forward to opening our doors and welcoming you in the not too distant future.

.A promise to our community that we will lift your spirits.
Theatre and the arts have an extraordinary ability to bring people together and provide hope, and in these uncertain and frightening times we believe this is more important than ever. So here at the Octagon, we are finding new ways to connect with people, offer fun and entertainment, and keep our life affirming community work going from a distance.
We launched our Octagon Online series of activities a few weeks ago. Here are some of the ways we have already connected with hundreds of people, and how you can get involved and be part of the Octagon Online family!
