This innovative story tells the tale of a furry funny-looking creature who has four arms, three legs and just one eye and fur that looks like hay. He has been stuck on planet Earth since last Christmas and has been trying to make his way back home. Magical and mythical creatures are introduced along the way in this fun-filled adventure.

Told in rhyme, this delightful tale is beautifully presented with superb attention to detail; large colourful illustrations are on nearly every page, with smaller images interspersed throughout, ideal for youngsters to become absorbed in whilst the story is being read to them.

I liked the words and terminology used throughout the book; there were no lengthy words or words which young children might not understand.

The book is attractively illustrated with eye-catching colours and lively characters; it is a compact size making it manageable for any child with small hands to hold. Plus, it has easy-to-slide pages which make it practicle for small hands eagerly wanting to turn over to the next part of the story to handle. Additionally, the book may also be wiped clean if necessary; a bonus practicality for parents reading it to children with sticky fingers.
