ALL PERFORMANCES UNTIL 23 MAY 2020 CANCELLED OR POSTPONED
Sheffield Theatres is following social distancing and self-isolation guidelines which means that the buildings are currently closed. Protecting staff and customers is our top priority and we want everyone to keep safe.
We are now able to confirm that all performances until 23 May 2020 will be cancelled or postponed. The Café, Crucible Corner and the Box Office also continue to be closed during this period.
We are in the process of contacting all customers who have booked for shows up to 23 May. Shows in this period include The Sound of Music, These Hills are Ours, Idol, An Inspector Calls, Ghost Stories, SIX, Once, Music in the Round concerts, English Touring Opera, Peppa Pig’s Best Day Ever, Dial M for Murder and Oliver Twist. We are also advising that the Sheffield People’s Theatre and Dante or Die show Everybody’s Got To Leave Sometime will no longer go ahead as planned due to the inability to rehearse at this time.
We will be in touch with ticket holders in order of performance date and all customers for cancelled performances will be offered a refund.
We are in regular dialogue with tour companies for all future shows beyond this period and will continue to update customers with information as we have it.
We would like to reiterate our thanks to all our customers for their patience and understanding during this challenging time. Please continue to look after yourselves and each other. We can’t wait to open up our doors and welcome you to our theatres again soon.
